Standard Thai Rubber: STR / Compressed StandardThai Rubber, is a primary natural rubber product thatis obtained from the process of chopping, grinding,shredding of cup lump rubber, crepe rubber, scraprolled rubber sheets and other natural rubber scraps,combined into one substance. It is then heat treated bybaking into a retangular shape that has a size accordingto the standard set by the Rubber Division, hencewhere the name “Standard Thai Rubber “ comes from.Sorting rubber quality grades of Standard Thai Rubberhas more detailed variables than rubber sheets, and willhave an exact testing value according to the standardset by the Department of Agriculture. However, the samples of the general comparative testing parameters which are popular for using are Mooney, Po, and Dirt, etc. After testing and acquiring the parameters corresponding to the standards, the product is contained in plastic bag, and Colour Code and Product Type are also specified according to the requirement of Thai Standard Rubber Standards.

Usage :

The natural STR has higher dirt than sheet rubber, but its uniform quality can be controlled more than sheet rubber, and the natural rubber property is also preserved. It can be used based on different properties. The downstream products that use STR include automobile tyre, sole sheet, rubber hose component, rubber flooring, and wheel rubber, etc.
