Responsibility is to have knowledge, understand the assigned roles and duties, perform duty according to work procedure, superior order, and policies and set of regulations, with all one’s ability, commitment and intention to perform as entrusted to achieve the objective and responsibility in part performed by the employees for maximum efficiency.

Teamwork is to enable to cooperate with other persons by accepting the opinions, being generous, dedicated, sharing, sincere, and forgiving, and suggest the opinions and collaborate in creating good climate and assisting the team members, as well as define operating objectives, targets, and plans of the team, and monitor, audit, and evaluate the team success to attain the work unit and organizational targets.

Knowledge is to always open mind to learn and aim at acquisition of new knowledge in self-development, and give advices and counsels on improvement of self-development to create conscious mind in development and improvement of the work concept to be better all the time, and have the responsibility on the organization, promote the personnel to have creative thinking which is applicable to fulfil the organizational policies.

Safety is to be aware of the significance on, and understand the policies and measures, commit to comply with regulations and manual of work safety, as well as search a preventive guideline for risks or accidents with the occurring tendency, give advices, and motivate other persons to perceive the significance of safety as prescribed by the organization.

Faithfulness is to understand the organizational rules or regulations, take responsibility on duty and profession, with sincerity and without both direct and indirect bias, corruption, and cheating, realize on job, wholeheartedly perform with all one’s ability as a good model, teach, guide, and persuade other persons to comply with the related regulations, as well as give counsels and advices, and explain about the work guideline and principle with faithfulness.
